Professional Bio:

Melissa M. Wallingsford brings 18 years of legal industry experience to the firm. She has worked for both sole practitioners and mid-sized law firms, provided contract paralegal services for Arizona and nation-wide attorneys. Wallingsford has litigation experience in felony and misdemeanor criminal defense, family law, corporate law, personal injury, foreclosures, and bankruptcy.

Wallingsford attended Lamson College for her AAS and earned her Accredited Certification of Completion in Paralegal Studies in 1998. Thereafter, she immediately began working in the legal field holding a wide range of positions from Paralegal to Executive Director.

Wallingsford joined The Law Firm of Kimerer & Derrick, P.C. in 2012. She provides litigation support to the attorneys and is available to clients each step of the way throughout the criminal justice system.
